Laneybird’s Favorite Glutten Free Pancackes

This is the best pancacke recipe ever ! It is very good for you ,and has no sugar in it! Unless you put syrup on it . Or you could put butter and jelly on them , witch tast really good !!!!

Dry,

1 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
1/4 tsp aluminum-free baking soda
1/2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
2 tbsp sucanat
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp fine ground sea salt

Wet,

1 1/2 cups pure water

1/2 cup creamy almond butter or peeanut butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Mix in ,

1/2 cup chopped almonds (toast them in a skillet or in the oven for extra flavor)
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seed

To make the oat flour just blend up some oats untill it looks like flour .

Just combine the wet with the dry and put the add the mix in stuff in and heat them up !!
